The Camlee Group, today announced the sale of its client, Miric Engineering Limited to Brennan Industries Inc, much to the delight of exiting shareholders David and Jane Yates.
 
Miric manufactures “Sureseal” hydraulic fittings and adapters; a range which is completely designed, manufactured and assembled in-house.
 
Based in Cleveland, USA, Brennan Industries provides companies throughout the world with the highest-quality, critical flow components.  This is Brennan’s second acquisition in the UK following the purchase of Truflow Hydraulic Components in 2016 - also a Camlee client.
 
Lee Wojtkiw, Director of the Camlee Group, lead the transaction on behalf of the vendors and had this to say, “I’m delighted that we have successfully concluded the sale of Miric Engineering. This transatlantic deal will enable Brennan to further expand into the UK & European market and ensure that Miric can continue its own development with the backing and support of a global player”.
