Adept Technology Group Plc acquire ETS Communications

Camlee Group advise ETS Communications on their sale to Adept Technology Group Plc

The Camlee Group recently acted as lead financial adviser to ETS Communications on their sale to Adept Technology Group Plc for an undisclosed fee.
 
AdEPT is one of the UK’s leading independent communications integrators and IT service providers, specialising in multi-site and multi-product solutions. AdEPT provides communications and IT solutions for all sizes of UK-based clients spread across a wide range of sectors.
 
ETS Communications was established in 1981 and employs a team of specialist engineers, consultants and support staff at its head office near Wakefield. ETS has provided telephony solutions to over 4000 customers, ranging from small independent businesses to large multisite corporations, Primary Care Trusts, Schools, and Councils across the UK and beyond. The company has a strong focus on quality and has been ISO9001 accredited for Installation, Service & Sales of Telephony Solutions since 1992 and hold accredited Gold Partner status with Avaya and Ericsson-LG.
 
Tracy Jackson, ex-shareholder managing director at ETS Communications, will be overseeing the transition to new ownership post-transaction. Tracy, his wife Allison and John Hall were advised by the Camlee Group.
