Cameron Varley, Managing Director of the Camlee Group said, “I’m extremely happy that we have been able to facilitate the sale of Prima Doors, to what was always likely to be one of the most interested parties. The negotiation process was long, as was the due diligence exercise, yet both our clients and ASSA ABLOY remained committed to reaching a successful conclusion. I’m sure that Prima Doors will continue on from strength to strength as part of the ASSA ABLOY Group”.
Director of Prima Doors, Steve Davies said, “We’re grateful to Cameron and all of the team at Camlee for their hard work and persistence in bringing this process to a successful conclusion. Their expertise was invaluable throughout the process, but particularly in the latter stages of the deal. We’re sure that the Prima brand will prosper under the leadership of ASSA”.
