The Camlee Group recently acted as lead adviser for its client, Bristol Paint Ltd, which was acquired by an MBI team.

Located in Watford, Bristol Paint was established 22 years ago and is an industry leading producer and distributor of water-based paints & coatings, primarily for the film, television, theatre, exhibition and merchandising industries.

Advising Bristol Paint on behalf of Camlee was Managing Director Cameron Varley. Cameron commented “We couldn’t be more pleased for the team at Bristol. The deal is a fantastic result for all involved and it is great to have such a successful outcome.”
