Suffolk-based Omar Group received investment from Rutland Partners in April 2017. Its portfolio includes Omar Park & Leisure Homes, Wessex Unique Lodges & Park Homes, Omar Park Development Services, Omar Refurbishment Services and Boutique Lodges.

The business has snapped up UK Sundecks, which is based in Cradley Heath in the West Midlands.

Camlee Group acted as lead financial adviser to UK Sundecks. Max Perry, Senior Manager at Camlee, who was lead advisor supported by Managing Director Lee Wojtkiw commented: “We’re delighted to have supported Jake and Dave through the process. UK Sundecks has a number of synergies that will add significant value to Omar moving forward and we’re confident the company will go from strength to strength”.

The business is led by father and son management team Dave and Jake Randle. Jake will continue to head UK Sundecks as managing director.

He said: "The investment and backing from Omar Group will give us the opportunity to grow the business much faster; we already have some great new decking contracts agreed for 2019."
