Unified comms provider Babble has continued its M&A spree with the acquisition of Ultracomms. This latest deal bolsters the firm’s Contact Centre unit, which it launched in 2019.

Ultracomms specialises in Omnichannel and inbound and outbound solutions as well as secure payments and speech analytics. Its partners include Six Degrees, Colt, Counterpath and Dialogic.

The Camlee Group provided corporate finance advise to the vendors.
