Managing Director

Cameron is a chartered accountant (FCA) with over 25 years of experience in M&A. Having worked within the Corporate Finance teams of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton, Cameron then established the Camlee Group with Lee Wojtkiw in 2003.
 
Cameron has four children, almost all grown up and between doing deals and looking after the family, he even manages to sneak in the odd game of squash and badminton.

Lee Wojtkiw FCCA

Co-Founder

Lee is a qualified accountant with over twenty years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions. He established Camlee with Cameron Varley in 2003. Lee prides himself on providing frank and topical advice to clients on deal activity, valuations and process. As a Co-Founder like his clients, Lee is acutely aware of the confidentiality and commercial sensitives that come with undertaking a divestment process.    
 
Lee is married with two young children and when he is not exhausted from the lack of sleep, he is a keen sportsman, playing football, golf and following his true passion of snowboarding.

Jessica Bradbury ACCA

Associate Director

Jess is a chartered accountant and has a first class honours degree in English and Politics from Lancaster University. Having worked in corporate finance for the past 10 years, Jess has been responsible for full process management, handling the divestment process from inception through to completion, including identification of key strategic buyers, while providing strategic and financial advice throughout.
 
Outside of work, Jess enjoys reading, rock climbing and is a black belt in Chinese kickboxing, she tries not to do them all at the same time.

Chris Murthi ACA

Associate Director

Chris obtained a degree in Management from The University of Manchester in 2015 before joining
Grant Thornton as an audit trainee on a graduate scheme. Chris spent four years at Grant Thornton and became an ACA qualified accountant before joining Camlee. Chris has worked on a range of clients in a wide variety of sectors, predominantly providing advice on sell-side engagements.

Chris spends much of his time on the golf course, he is proud to remind his colleagues that he is a scratch handicap golfer and needless to say, never gets a chance to play his superiors. He also enjoys travelling and falling asleep watching Manchester United.

Andrew Prigg FCCA

Corporate Finance Assistant Manager

With a degree in Geology and 5 years’ experience working in Geoenvironmental Engineering, in 2010 Andrew made a career change, moving into accountancy. He achieved his ACCA whilst working for four years in the Entrepreneurial Business department of Deloitte in Manchester, principally working on audits of Owner Managed Businesses, pensions, law firms and charities.

Having left Deloitte, Andrew worked in industry for a £100m turnover AIM listed software company,
before moving into Corporate Finance in 2017 within a mid-tier accountancy firm. Here Andrew
gained experience of business transactions, being involved on both acquisitions and disposals,
before finally moving to Camlee in January 2021.

Outside of work, Andrew’s South West roots shine through as he is a keen supporter of Bristol
Rovers, Bristol Bears and has equal interest in following both Somerset and Gloucestershire in the
summer months; however, with two children at home, the time available to attend matches is
limited.

Sam Oldfield

Corporate Finance Executive

After graduating in 2018 with a Masters’ degree in mechanical engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, Sam worked at a well established recruitment firm.
 
Having left the recruitment industry in 2019 Sam joined the Money Plus Group where he led a small team for client origination in the legal department.

More recently Sam has moved into the world of corporate finance and is currently working towards an ACCA qualification whilst working on sell-side mandates within civil engineering, chemicals and logistics.
 
Outside of work Sam likes to play rugby, football, go hiking, privately invest, develop properties and insufferably support Manchester United.
 

James Allmand-Smith ACA

Corporate Finance Manager

James obtained a degree in BSc Accountancy at The University of Nottingham where he graduated in 2019. Whilst at university he attended annual placements with PwC commencing in his second year, and eventually joined the audit team full time after graduation.
 
Whilst at PwC he became a fully qualified ACA accountant before joining Camlee at the beginning of 2022. James has worked on a wide range of clients in a number of sectors including financial services, manufacturing, aviation, and distribution.

James is also a keen sportsman and enjoys playing hockey for his local team during the winter months and regularly ventures out onto the golf course in the summer months, where he maintains a single figure handicap. He also runs his own six-a-side football team on a Wednesday evening.

During ten years in transport planning for one of the UK’s largest engineering consultancies, Lindsey managed many high value projects as a senior consultant. Since joining us, her attention to detail has been paramount in setting up, maintaining and developing internal processes and systems that support our Administration, HR, Credit Control and Procurement.
 

Hayley Pilkington

Personal Assistant to the Directors

Hayley used her degree in Tourism Management to gain ten years of experience in a management role at Thomas Cook Airlines. She then stepped into the Blue-Chip environment, in the retail sector in sales and administration positions. At Camlee, Hayley is involved with Administration and Procurement.
